Do I pay a deposit?
20% is required to secure booking
What if I cancel?
No refund if cancelled within 6 weeks of arrival
Are there any guidelines when bringing a dog?
1 dog per property at a charge of £25.00
When are properties changeover days?
Changeover is on Fridays or by prior arrangement
Do you cater for specific accessibility needs?
Blaencannog is on one level , although The Stable has downstairs bedroom with en-suite

Is there parking at the property?
Parking is available on all properties
Is Broadband / Wireless access available?
Broadband and wireless is available a The Farmhouse, The Stable and The Mill
Are towels supplied at the property?
8 towels and bed linen are supplied
Can we smoke inside the property?
There is a strictly NO SMOKING policy at all the properties

How do I pay the balance?
Balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
When will I receive my booking confirmation / directions to the property?
Booking confirmation is sent on receipt of deposit and directions are sent on payment in full

What time do I arrive and depart the property?
Arrival time is after 3 p.m. And departure is by 10.a.m.
What if we are not happy with our property on arrival or experience problems during the stay?
If you are not happy with our property the owner will be on site the evening of arrival or can be contacted by phone.
What would happen if something gets damaged at the property?
All damage is payable in full
Do we need to clean the property before we leave?
We do not expect visitors to clean properties but to leave the property tidy
