Comfortably accommodating 10 people there are 5 Bedrooms, four of which are situated on the first floor and the 5th on the ground floor.
It has two en-suite bathrooms, a family bathroom and a wet room situated on the ground floor. The house has an extremely comfortable living room area with a wood burning stove, solid oak floor and luxury furniture.
The kitchen is very spacious with top quality equipment including fridge /freezer with ice and water dispenser, microwave, electric cooker with double oven and gas hob.
The Dining Room is open plan with the kitchen and seats 10 around the generous dining table with stunning views to open countryside. The Utility room has a washing machine & tumble dryer.
The jewel of this Farmhouse is the Sun Lounge with its solid oak floor, exposed beams, patio doors opening to a decked area overlooking two lakes with an abundance of wildlife.
The property has under floor heating on the ground floor with oil fueled radiators on the first floor. There are a total of 8 plasma screens some with DVD’S ( all receive digital TV ) & CD player. A library of DVD’s, CD’s, Books and Games are available.
Included in the price is use of a Barbeque. An Initial supply of Firewood during the Winter months. All linen and towels.There is plenty of parking and ample room for children to play and adults to walk. Pet friendly.Cot & Highchair available.
The coastal path is within 4 miles of the property where dolphins, porpoises and sea lions are often sited. Red Kites can be seen often flying overhead with many other different breeds of birds.
The picturesque fishing town of Aberaeron is only six miles away with shops and its large harbour encased by pastel-shaded Georgian houses. A short drive inland leads to the rural and traditional towns of Lampeter and Tregaron, where the Welsh language is mostly used by the locals. Tregaron feels almost untouched by the 21st century and is a bastion of the Welsh language and culture. The river running through the town centre leads to Cors Caron, a national nature reserve of peat bog which is one of the most impressive wildlife areas in Wales; home to rare marsh grasses, black adders, buzzards and even the occasional red kite. A perfect opportunity to discover the real Wales. Shops 3 miles, pub in village.
